Church of the Sacred Heart
19th century
The Parish Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, also known as the New Church, stands majestically on a cliff overlooking the mountainside, overlooking the village of Vogogna.
Built between 1894 and 1904, it features three naves with ten large lateral niches. The interior was decorated between 1912 and 1913 and houses a statue of the Sacred Heart, made with donations from the residents.

The Fortress
9th century
The Visconti Castle of Vogogna is dominated by the remains of the Rocca, an ancient medieval fortress perched on a cliff overlooking the Ossola plain. Restored in 1348 at the behest of Giovanni Maria Visconti, today the Rocca offers a fascinating historical testimony, accessible via a comfortable panoramic walk.
